Chemometrica is a young technology-based enterprise, born within the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) in Santa Fe, Argentina. The latin word Chemometrica is an adjective derived from “chemometrics”. Chemometrics is a field of analytical chemistry that aims to extract information from chemical systems through a combination of mathematical, statistical and computational techniques. Analytical chemistry is ubiquitous in many industrial areas, such as chemistry, petrochemistry, food and pharmaceuticals. When combined with chemometrics, it is possible to exploit the data generated by a process line, which can generate a strong technological impact.
